Do I need to have any knowledge of astrology to join?

Aliza’s retreats are beginner-friendly. No matter your skill level, you’ll be able to fully enjoy our programming and actively participate in your personal growth journey. You belong!

I am a professional practitioner. Is this retreat right for me?

The programming is thoughtfully curated to benefit all skill levels, and Aliza will offer bespoke guidance throughout the retreat. We hope you’ll join!

Can I bring my friend who knows nothing about astrology?

Yes! We love friends! No astrology experience is necessary for this retreat, so your friend is more than welcome to register and attend.

Is this retreat the same as the Lunar Lodge?

Yes and no! Lunar Lodges were hosted privately at small hotels, while this retreat experience is hosted by the Omega Institute. Omega's 250-acre campus provides a whole host of amenities and activities to enrich your experience, all included in the cost of your tuition. Aliza's programming, at its core, will remain the same. She blends her astrological expertise with her mystical wisdom to provide technical, emotional, and spiritual tools for personal empowerment. You'll leave feeling absolutely transformed.

What can I expect from my stay at the Omega Institute?

The Omega Institute's 250-acre campus is located in the breathtaking Hudson Valley, just 90-minutes from New York City. In addition to Aliza's programming, your all-inclusive stay includes accommodations, nourishing meals, and a variety of activities and amenities.

ROOMING: Choose from a variety of different options, including a private room with a private bath, a private room with a shared bath, dormitory-style cabins, and campsites. If you choose to be a commuter, you'll enjoy the full benefits of our program excluding the cost of accomodation. More info here.

DINING: Your all-inclusive stay includes three delicious, healthy meals per day served in Omega's iconic dining hall. They offer a generous buffet of mostly vegetarian food, with vegan and gluten free options. Additional snacks, beverages, and desserts are available for purchase in the Omega Café. More info here.

AMENITIES: Omega provides a wide range of activities and amentities to enrich your experience, all included in the cost of your stay. Take daily yoga, tai chi, or meditation classes, canoe or kayak on Long Pond Lake, peruse more than 7,000 books at the Ram Dass library, visit the Sanctuary & Yearning Pond for prayer or quiet contemplation, relax in the gardens, enjoy a variety of hiking trails, or play basketball, tennis, or pickle ball. I have a dietary restriction. Will the Omega Institute be able to accommodate me?

Absolutely! The dining hall offers a variety of plant-based foods with vegan & gluten-free options. If you have specific requests or concerns, please contact Omega's Special Needs Coordinator at 845.266.4444, ext. 181.
